In this post, we will keep you updated of the current maintenance status. The goal of this maintenance is to address the following issues:
1. Lag and stuttering during gameplay
2. Players who have not been able to Start Combat Arms (aka the "Combat Arms has stopped working" error)

Subject: Unable to Start Combat Arms
Description: In this section, include the following information:
-Operating System. For example: Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista 32, Windows Vista 64 etc.
-Processor. For example: AMD 64 X2 Dual-Core, PentiumD, Intel Core 2 Duo etc.
-Video Card. For example: nVidia Geforce 8800 GT, ATI Radeon HD 4850, Intel 82945G Express etc.
-Anti-Virus installed. For example: AVG Free, Mcafee, Norton etc.
-A description of when and where you get the problem. Is it right after you press "Game Start" on the launcher? What error message is displayed? Please tell us what you have attempted to do in order to resolve the issue. For example: Have you rebooted your computer after you get the issue and tried again? Have you included Combat Arms in your Anti Virus' exception list? Are you running Combat Arms as an administrator or in compatibility mode? Have you deleted all Combat Arms folders and installed a fresh copy from our download page? etc.
Note: Be advised that these tickets will be closed automatically. They will be used for information gathering purposes as we try our best to further investigate the issue.
