Once you have NX in your account, head on over to the Black Market tab in Shop/Storage screen! There are actually two steps towards buying and using an NX item:NX stands for Nexon Cash, which is the currency used for the Cash Shop for all Nexon America games. The Black Market is COMBAT ARMS' Cash Shop, and game items offered in the Black Market can only be purchased with NX.
NX can be charged to your Nexon account by redeeming prepaid Nexon Game Cards or by using Paypal.
Nexon Game Cards are prepaid cards available at many stores, including your local 7 Eleven, CVS, GameStop, RiteAid, Blockbuster, Walgreens, ToysRUs, and more. They are available in $10 or $25 denominations. Each $1 translates to 1,000 NX in-game.

Once you have a prepaid card, you can charge your account with NX using your Nexon Game Card or directly via Paypal! Just head over to the Charge Account section of Nexon.net to redeem your prepaid card or charge your account.
Click the Charge Account button to add NX from your Game Card or Paypal to your account!

Select an item to buy and click the corresponding "Buy" button. You will be asked to confirm your purchase. Items purchased in the Black Market are then placed in the Inbox tab.
From your Inbox, you can activate your item. NX items (and any according usage period for them) won't be activated until you click the "Activate" button. Once you've activated the item, you will immediately be prompted to use the item if it is a one-use item. If the item is an NX Gear Item or a Hired Mercenary, that item will be placed in the appropriate Weapons or Body tab where it can be used like a regular gear item.
Certain NX items have restrictions upon use. For example, Clan items can only be used by Clan Leaders, and some Cash Gear items have rank requirements. If you do not meet the use requirements for an item, you won't be able to activate and use the item. Please note these restrictions before purchasing items!
You can also purchase Black Market items and send them to your friends as gifts! Click the "Gift" button for an NX item and you'll be prompted to enter a recipient's name. Once you confirm and purchase the gift, the item will be automatically sent, and your friend will receive your gift in his or her Inbox tab, where it will remain unused until he or she activates it!
Send a gift to a friend… who knows, he or she may reward you by saving your life on the battlefield in return!
Please note that use restrictions for NX items apply to your gift recipient as well. If your gift recipient does not meet the restrictions for the item, he or she will not be able to activate the item.
